The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) has been appointed as the assessment party
of the scheme. HKPC Assessors will assess applicants according to a set of standards
including a comprehensive evaluation against the assessment criteria checklist,
the assessment will be conducted during pre-arranged and mystery visits. HKPC will
submit assessment reports to the Steering Committee to determine applicants’ qualification
status.
