In the past few years, Hong Kong faced numerous challenges include SARS, avian influenza and various types of diseases. At the same time, Hong Kong people worried about the economic situations which contributed to the development of mental problems and alarmed Hong Kong people the importance of health. HKHCF would like to contribute to build Hong Kong a healthy community. And we believe that education plays an important role in this process. As a result, various educational activities are organized to teach children health related issues. Within the health care sector, we are also eager to improve the service quality. And this can be achieved by developing various courses to enlarge the pool of medical talents. Health care technology and information changes quickly and to facilitate public education, it is essential to continuously updating ourselves. We encourage the communication among medical experts in which their knowledge and experience can be exchanged. Although health education is a difficult and long mission, we have different talents and expertise working hand in hand, and we believe we will contribute our part to the health care of Hong Kong.

Mr. Kwan is experienced in the health care profession. He has a Bachelor Degree and a Master of Degree from the University of Hong Kong and an Executive Master Degree of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
