Application Method
The application form can be obtained from the Secretariat, Ms Anthea Yiu or downloaded
from www.healthcare.org.hk.
Application procedure:
• Filling in the QESS application form;
• Submitting full payment of administration annual fees. Crossed cheques have to
be made payable to “The Hong Kong Health Care Federation Limited”, no post-dated
cheques are accepted;
• Submitting copies of business registration and all relevant licences and permits.
